Return/Exchange/Cancellation POLICY
My customers are extremely important to me. I will gladly work with you to resolve any issues, please contact me as soon as you receive your package -no later. But note every item is carefully quality checked by me prior to shipping, so there are NO refunds.

And there is no refunds on reserve listings, sale items, bulk orders. There are no refunds to shipping costs.

**** Also, once you place an order, there are no refunds for cancellation after 24 hrs when orders are placed.

SHIPPING
I ship all items First Class (domestic) Mail with tracking. All International orders are shipped via International First Class Shipping. If you would like insurance this is an extra cost. Please send me a convo to let me know you would like Insurance. I will send you the price for insurance and send you a PayPal invoice for the difference. International orders may have additional customs and tax fees. You the buyer are solely responsible for them if this is the case. International orders can take up to 60 days to be received depending on your location.
PROCESS TIME
My shipping processing time is 3 - 5 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) after your order has been placed.
IMPORTANT
If your package doesn't arrive please convo me so I can try to get the matter resolved. Otherwise it is out of my control.
If you require additional services such as priority mail, express mail etc, please contact me or leave a note to seller preferably before checking out and I will do my best to expedite the service before checkout so that the listing can be adjusted accordingly. One Item Orders and 45 Item Orders are equally Important and are processed in the Order Payment is Received Except for Rush Upgrades. All Shipped ASAP, First In-First Out.
